The IPMA is excited to host Empowering Women in Technology, a full-day event focused on leadership, growth, and connection across Washington state’s public sector IT community. The agenda features inspiring keynote speakers, thought-provoking panel discussions, and opportunities to network with peers and leaders who are shaping the future of technology in government.

While this event highlights and supports the growth of women in IT, it is open to all. We strongly encourage all to attend—especially those who are committed to fostering equity, mentoring future leaders, and helping create a culture where women in technology can thrive.
