Our Washington state budget has had a profound impact on our agencies, workforce and partner organizations. Continuing to deliver on our core missions requires people at all levels to be nimble, think strategically, and maintain resilience.

“Leading In Difficult Times” will help participants assess their current circumstances and build stamina to help their agency deliver on goals. Participants will gain vitality and organizational clarity on how to achieve the best possible results.

Join us as past LeaderPath graduates reconnect and prospective participants hear directly from alumni about the program’s impact, skill development, and the value of learning from those who have gone before.

This event will give participants:

  • Awareness of skills needed to practice leadership from any level
  • Strategies for maintaining resilience in the face of constant pressure
  • Opportunities to unite with and learn from LeaderPath alumni
  • Real-time coaching to bring their best next steps into action

This event is free and open to all LeaderPath Alumni and their invited guests, including those who would like to register for the next LeaderPath cohort, which will launch on September 15, 2026.
