Registration for the IPMA Executive Seminar 2024 – Insights for IT Executives

This year’s theme is: Leading with Innovation and Collaboration

Central to this theme is the imperative for IT executives to embrace innovation not merely as a buzzword but as a foundational principle driving organizational growth and resilience. Moreover, the seminar will shed light on the indispensable role of collaboration in amplifying the impact of innovation. In an interconnected world, IT leaders must forge symbiotic partnerships both within and outside of their organizations, leveraging collective expertise and resources to drive transformative change.

Initially, registration is limited to 2 attendees from each agency — the CIO and/or other IT executive decision-makers. After August 14th, we will consider registrations of additional IT management staff as space allows.

The agenda is still under development, but our State CIO, Bill Kehoe will kick things off and we are fortunate to have an excellent keynote speaker, Dave Weber of Weber Motivation, already lined up.  There will be presentations and panel discussions related to our theme, and of course excellent networking opportunities with your peers and our industry partners. In addition, this year we are adding an ‘Agency Summit’ on the final day, where you will have the opportunity to hear from others within the state and share your thoughts on agency innovations, initiatives, accomplishments and challenges, fostering a community of learning and growth.
